  • To implement the daily instruction services set by the Road Traffic Act.
  • To inform our customers about advertisements regarding our schools instruction services/workshops and the details of its services.
  • To announce our schools variety of events/campaigns and also to inform our customers about the convention of the Traffic Safety workshops.
  • To inform any relevant information on after-service in regards to our instruction services.
  • To conduct surveys through postal mail, phone and e-mail to improve customer satisfaction level.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY US THAT DO NOT APPLY AND CORRESPOND TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTY/PERSON

  • If a customer gives permission in a certain occasion or when equal actions are taken by the customer.
  • If the customer is the interested party in the preparation of a contract.
  • In the case our school needs to execute legal affairs.
  • In the case we need to protect our customer’s life, body, estate and significant profits in interest to them.
  • In the case the disclosure of a requested information is asserted by jurisdiction on the basis of law by public institutions such as the police, tax office and courthouse.

In the occasion that a correction is requested for personal information of a customer, we will need to verify first that person indeed is the customer itself. Upon verification, we will act upon it accordingly. Regarding the disclosure of requested information, a payment for the actual cost charge for service will occur due to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection regulation.
